Well, I had to double check the meaning of synapses...

But having done that I believe mine are just fine...

Yours would be more troubled... you are having trouble connecting the information that

1) children are preyed on sexually

2) tieing someone up against her will is criminal assault and a boundary violation

3) the boundary violations committed in childhood affect people their whole lives and reduce their ability to protect themselves from sexual predators

4)Given how unsafe the world is for girls and women, this loss in their ability to protect themselves can result in more risk of rape, molesting, and troubles in life

I think if you are not connecting these points in your mind it is your synapses that are failing, not mine.

Just trying to jest with you since you are jesting with me and that was a clever line you came up with.

The issue, however, remains deadly serious.

Abusing children is not accpetable.
