4 Months old and another cold!

Hello,
Here I am again and my son has another cold, its like one per month, I just wanted to know what kind of decongestion medication that is over the counter could be given to 4 month old babies if any? I was prescribed Tussi and I'm giving it to him but I wanted to know what everyone else is giving there children. I heard about infant dimetapp, but can it be given to a 4 month old?
