You know I feel so bad for your son that is not right have you ever thought about going to have lunch with him one day just to see how is day goes and if you hear or see any thing then have a meeting with his teacher. He should not have to go through that. You know the clothes and shoes have nothing to do with the teasing (but I think you know that by now) I am so sorry to say but when I was in Middle School there was a boy the killed himself becasue he was teased all the time and his parents said that they knew but there son did not want the to do any thing about it. But there has got to be some one you can talk to any one just look at all those kids who take guns to school they where all teased by some one and I would let some one in his school know.

and tell your son to keep his head up
