Hello. I've been taking Prometrium for about six months now. It's regulated my periods really well until this month. Its put me on a 25 to 26 day cycle and no more spotting. It took at least a month to get regular though. This month I'm about 6 days late but not pregnant. Very frustrating cause I've been trying to get pregnant forever. I seem to ovulate on about day 11. From what I understand Prometrium works by increasing your progesterin levels and then when they drop off your period starts. Nothing to do with ovulating. I guess there is fertility pills for that. Are they having you track your temperature and use ovulation test sticks? It's actually pretty interesting to do. You get used to it. Let me know how it's going. Anybody else out there on Prometrium?
