My advice:
1) get some counceling--it's available free or at a low cost--for you and your daughter. (check out "community or social services" in the white pages or "counceling" in the yellow pages)
2) consult a lawyer over the financial legalities of this situation--law schools sometimes have free services.
3) grow up--you're a mother now and need to be a role model--stop being a doormat to this man and get some control over the situation. (Some distance between him and yourself may be helpful--this situation obviously isn't working)
It doesn't do your daughter any good to be in a situation where you're emotionally abused and she is forced to cope with it. Show her what you're made of and start making some healing and mature choices in your life for once. You've got a long road in front of you--start walking it.
