Please give advice...don't know what else to do!!

I was on Depo for 5 years, and had my last shot in April 2002 (which makes this now 17 months post depo), and still haven't had a period yet. I took Provera 3 times, and it never worked any of those 3 times. I took Dostinex(for a slightly elevated level, which went down) but still no period. Most recently I took Premphase, which is estrogen and Provera combined, and that didn't work either. I don't know what else to do at this point. What else could be wrong with me? I'm so frustrated.
