Help! "Sleep training" didn't work!!!!

OK, I'm at my wits end here. I really didn't want to let my ds cry it out, but he's 15 months and still doesn't sleep thru the night. About a month ago I decided to do the Ferber method and he is STILL getting up 3-4 times a night. He cries for about 30 min. to get to sleep in the first place, then is up 2 hours later. It usually takes 30 min. to an hour for him to get back to sleep each time. I'm a walking zombie. What do I do? Please, I needs some advice!!!
