 | Endometriosis may or maynot play a factor in your ability to conceive, but if you have only been off the pill for 6 months your body may not even be regular enough yet to conceive. Some women have a harder time conceiving just because they are stressed out about the whole issue. With both of my first two pregnancies my doctor told me: Pregnancy #1 ~ You won't be able to carry a baby or get pregnant without corrective surgery - I got pregnant with out any difficulty at all (in fact we weren't even trying yet because our wedding wasn't planned for another 5 months) Pregnancy #2 ~ I went to the doctor and he told me that I would probably have a very difficult time conceiving because both my uterus and falopian tubes were extremely tilted and kinked - I went home depressed and two weeks later I conceived! Now, this time around my husband and I tried for 8 months (of coursethis time the doctor had absolutely no reason why I might have a hard time getting pregnant), we decided to give it a break for a couple months, and of course the first month that we didn't try (do everything the "right" way) I conceived! Try to relax, and if you know that you are in the fertile part of your cycle you may have your boyfriend drink (gag down) some extremely stong coffee about 30 minutes before sex......we never got to try this "trick of the trade", but one of my best friends swears by it ~ she has 5 kids! No matter what, try to relax because stress is not good for your body at any time! Go into the whole thing with a positive attitude, I am sure that all will work out for you before you know it!
