SUBJECT: disability and retirement regarding divorce
my soon to be ex-husband is after the martial share of my retirement. i have health problems and may end up going out on a disability. if that happens, will he get a portion of my disability? there is no way i could manage if he were to get part of the disability. i'm really confused about this, and if this is the case, my only choice is to continue working regardless of my health.
