Well on a brighter note, chances are very strong that everything is ok. If you get a chance there are a lot of books out there for pregnancy, I prefer what to expect when expecting. Anyways, a lot of books talk about movement, they all say it is ok to go days at a time sometimes without feeling the baby move early on. But by between 20 and 24 weeks you should feel it very regulary. I would reccomend eating something with acid like orange juice or a decaf soda, give it an hour or two and lay down and see if you can feel the baby. Sometomes early on the baby isnt kicking strong enough for us to realize it all the time. You may just be focusing on it at the wrong times.
But of course if you have any concerns never hesitate to call your OB right away.
Best of luck to you!!
