I would have to agree that certain preschools can be less than appropriate. My husband and I started our almost three year old boy in a preschool a few weeks ago. He didn't last past the first day. The teacher's aid was a monster. When I picked him up- I asked how was his day and she went on a litany of all the "problems" he caused. I can only imagine what his day was like if she felt this comfortable to speak this way in front of my child. I didn't feel comfortable keeping him in this class- I decided to pursue another school which is a preschool through our public school system- instead of church based. These teachers generally have a better understanding of child development- especially those kids who are more difficult to handle.
