SUBJECT: Weissbluth 1st Nap question
My son is 5 months old. Just recently he has started waking about 6am. I do not get him up to feed him until around 6:45. In Weissbluth's book it talk about no more than 2 hours of wakefullness before the first nap; however it also talk about trying to stretch the wake time until 9am. What is more important....following the 2 hour window or shooting for 9am? He used to get up at 7am so this was not an issue. Thank you for your feedback!
