First of all, just because it took your boyfriends MOM so long to get pregnant has nothing to do with YOU. It wasn't necessarily dad's inability to get her pregnant. A lot of factors play in a woman ability to become pregnant. And it is a lot harder than people think. There is only like a 25% chance a woman can even get pregnant each month. She may have had some undiganosed infertility problems. Now my question is, are you now having periods? Have to discussed conceiving with you Doctor and what you chances are? I was on the pill for 7 years and stopped taking them 5 months ago. My cycles are still screwed up and I am probably not ovulating. But there is hope! I hear about women all the time over coming endometriosis and becoming pregnant. I have a very good friend who has it, and she tried for 5 years to become pregnant. She had a baby girl last month! But that was after a lot of Doc. visits and recommendations from him. I wish you luck and do hope you get your baby.
