You might want to check to see if it is something in her environment that is waking her at that time (like noises from garbage trucks, etc.).

The reason I say that is I've recently broken my leg and because of that (I have to wear my fracture boot at night), the last three nights my husband has been sleeping in the guest room which is right next to our 16 month old's room. For the last three mornings, my son, who usually sleeps until 7, has been waking at 5 or 5:30 and playing until I get him up (makes him cranky during the day). Well...this morning I figured out what is waking him because I heard it (through 2 doors!)...my husband's snoring!!!!! Our room is across the hall from baby's so my son does not usually hear it, but he does hear it when my husband sleeps in the room next to his.

So....guess who's sleeping in the guest room tonight! It won't be my husband....
