I ALSO HAD THE GASTRIC BYPASS SURGERY 3 YEARS AGO BUT I HAVE GAINED ABOUT 7 PONDS IN THREE MONTHS. I EAT SMALL MEALS THROUGH THE DAY. VERY LITTLE EVERY TIME. I WISH I COULDNT GAIN ANYTHING AT THIS POINT CAUSE I AM GETTING UPSET THAT I AM GAINING TOO MUCH. I ALSO HAD THE VERTICAL BAND. I DONT KNOW IF YOU HAD THE ROUX EN Y, IT MIGHT BE DIFFERENT......
