There are anti-bully laws, with a lawyer you can press charges... My daughter is thirteen and just recently got assulted by a girl 2 years older and a different race. She chose my daughter cause she was small and white. She done this before her peers so she could impress them. She is a coward and doing this because of a low self esteem. These kids should go through programs that teach them. Our government should pass a law to inforce this.
