SUBJECT: 25 month old with nightmares
My son is 25 months old. He has developed a problem of having nightmares or night terrors (I don't know which), and sleep walking. Does anyone have advice as to what I can do. My wife is being torn apart watching our son have violent nightmares. He punches the air and yells " NO NO NO" or "GO AWAY". I'm sure that he is seeing something that is upsetting him. Does anyone have any advice???
