scared to have sex

I just found out about a month ago that I was pregnant, and now I am 13 weeks along. I didn't know I was preg because I got my normal period in June and I started spotting around the time of my normal period in July then I started bleeding really heavy one day, so I thought I had my period. Then my husband begged me to take a preg test and it came out neg. Then 1 1/2 weeks later I took another one and it came out pos. The doctor found a "puddle" (some kind of hemerage). And put me on bed rest for a week and no intercourse for 2 weeks. When I went back to the doc she gave the OK to go back to work and for sex, but I have been affraid that I might start bleeding again and might miscarry the baby. My husband told me that he will wait till I'm ready. But I know he really wants to make love. I don't know if I'll ever be ready. Please help.
