I know it's not what you feel like doing, but this worked for me. She may be insecure about her place in the family now. Take her with you when you do errands, without the baby. Play with her, without the baby. Tell her about what it means to be a big sister and how important she is, how you want her to be happy. I also tried having my preschooler help me do things, like cook, set the table, clear the table, pull weeds, hand things to me. I also gave him attention, as much as the baby. After awhile, things got better.

She may be mad she's not the baby. Point out how great it is to be a big girl.
