I mentioned in a previous reply that I read on another discussion about Child Calm Room spray. Wow we all need this for a shower gift! I put my twins in bed (20 months) usually with a book or Magna Doodle spray the Child Calm in the room and they are out in 15 minutes! I don't make it a practice to use it daily only when I think they will be up a while. I am not pushing the product but it was helpful to me. Give it a try ChildCalm.com
