I would think if you are relaxed being nude or enjoy it, than let it all hang out! If it upsets or bothers your son, keep your clothes on!
I always get out of the shower, dry off and than shave. Years ago, I was shaving when my little girl of 3 opened the door and came in on me. I didn't bring attention to the matter and let her use the toilet. Next thing, she's staring at my penis and my son of 2, seeing the open door, comes in too. I guess the staring gave me an erection. I didn't know how to explain that one, so I went to my room and dressed, only to be followed by my children.
It was the one and only time they saw me nude.
