20 month old & 1 on the way (HELP)

I have a 20 month old son who I've been working with a little on toilet training. We've got him a potty but all he wants to do is sit on it. I want to have him potty trained by the time my next one is born in March 2004 and I would like to have him potty trained before he is 2 (12/26). I need some advice cause I've never been through this before. Any suggestions?
