Hi there,

I think it is normal. My son is now 7 and he still is like that off and on. I suggest you to set up a parent meeting with the coaches and see what their side of it is. There might be an issue that your daughter does not know how to tell you. My son does not like to do things if he is not into it. So if that day in PE they do something he does not want to participate in he comes home and tells me that he dislikes PE, and then the next time its PE day, they do something he really loves and comes home and talks about how great it is.

First time he kept complaining about PE I made an apt. with the Coaches. I found that Tony was not great at some things and felt nervous about doing it in front of others and having kids laugh at him. So we focused on doing at home what they did in PE to help him get better at it.
