No, I do not think it is wrong for you to keep your son away from your niece. You have already seen behavior in her that you do not approve of and it's hard to teach her kids one way when there are other influences telling him different. I know she is family, but if her parents do not support you in keep the kids aware from that type of behavior then you have to do what you feel is best.

I know I watch my daughter around those that I'm not trusting of. Like this guy at my church. I've already seen him have a little boy sit between his legs, not on his lap, but between his legs and when I told the child’s grandmother she brushed it off as nothing. Well, he is always upstairs at children's church (where the kids go and learn about he bible in a school setting, while the adults are in church downstairs). Children's church is a good thing, cause the kids really do learn, but not with him there. I will not allow my daughter up there; she sits with me downstairs. Others see him as religious and trustworthy, but I don't.

You have to do what is best for your kids. So, to answer your question, no it is not wrong.
