Clomed does not make you ovulate more or always produce more eggs each month. It helps you ovulate regularly and the same time each month. I took clomed for awhile and used ovulation tests to let me know when the best time to have sex would be. My doctor told me that multiple births are rare. There are other drugs that increase hormone levels to help with pregnancy and can cause multiple births. Also, you can only take for 3 months at a time and have to stop taking for awhile before beginning a new cycle.

Hope this helps. PS I got pregnant without Clomed, it made me get really bad headaches so I stopped using after about 3 months.
