Hi,
My daughter is only 15 months so i am just getting there! I was a preschool teacher and i have a few tricks, I have trained some challenging ones! First you did not mention if you stay at home or not? What i find works the best but you must make the commintment to continue and not go back, as it seems you have! I find putting the underwear on and letting what will happen happen! The diaper and the pull up only give them the security not to go on the potty. It will mean more laundry but it is worth it and it will work!So not to stress each other out you may limit yourself to three accidents a day but continue with trying the potty. The timer should be set so when it goes off she has to try the potty. Try turning water on too, a mom trick for us when we where kids! THROW AWAY THE DIAPERS! If she does not have them to fall back on she can not wear them. Pull ups at night only and after 3 accidents but don't go back on it no matter what! Mostly don't stress it will happen i am sure, it is the last bit of control she feels she has!
