Hi Lori_Ann
I too was in a similiar situation with my four year old son. He has an older girl cousin who is 6 and they play together often. My niece is the most terrible little girl I have ever met. My sister-in-law ships her off every year to Mexico to stay with her family. Every time she comes home she is terrible. Recently my husband and I had to live with his brother and his family because we were having our house built. Well my niece would take my son into her room and lock the door. Everytime she did that I would yell at her to unlock the door (she is very sneaky so I am always suspicious) One day out of the blue my son tells me they had been playing "peepees and chichis". I almost threw up!!!!! I told my niece (very angrily) because my son has never tried anything like that before, that she is not to touch my son's private parts and that if she did again he would tell me and she doesnt want to deal with me. Well she tried it again later, but this time at my mother in laws and she caught them (actually my niece trying to get him to do things to her). My mother in law took her aside (nicely) and asked her where she saw those kinds of things. She said the little girls her age next door to her house. We suspect that those girls are abused. So I guess the moral of this long story is that kids are curious.... naturally, but those poor young girls that we fear are abused passed it on, and then to my son. My husband and I fear that he will try this sort of thing with some other litte girl. We keep our lines of communication open and I tell hime constantly that I love him and he can tell me anything, so I trust that he will.

P.S. We moved out of there about 2 months ago and I feel bad, but I try to keep my son away from my niece at every opportunity. Is that wrong???
