I know this because I grew up watching my mother get abused by my step-father for many years. We didn't get away untill I was 13 years old. After two years my mother started dating a man that she's still with and treats her very well, but at the time do you think I trusted him? No way, I was terrified the same thing would happen, and my mother never even brought him home until she was with him for a year. So imagine how your little children must feel. So, I would hold off on the wrestling, horseplaying and absolutley no arguing in the house where your children can hear and see. Your children come first, always remember that. |
