SUBJECT: Pregnant, abandoned and confused
I had been dating a man for almost four months and found out I was pregnant. When I told him he said he wasn't ready and wanted me to have an abortion. Neither of us are very young, I am 36 and he is 33. My problem is that due to my age I had to seriously consider terminating this child and the chance of having another. In other words, I didn't feel right about it and I felt that this child was a blessing. Anyways, I have sent him e-mail keeping him updated as to what is going on with little or no response back, I have asked him if he does not want to be a part of the childs life and he says "that's ridiculous". I recently found out I am having a boy and I notified him of this, I still haven't recieved a response from him. I just want some other opinions out there as I feel he is behaving like a young schoolboy who did not get his way. I am having a hard time with this as this is a very profession, moral (or so I thought) man who expressed his desire to have children to me. He has no previous children and I have one daughter age 7. I am very confused and do not understand his behavior.....?????

Advise anyone?
