Part of my overreaction is that I had so many other incidents with my stepson's and his brothers' improper behavior around my daughter that this one really freaked me out.

I know that I am not able to protect her always, but knowing that she is a little girl and they are boys make me be more overproctective as well as worry that something could happen to her while I am not around. I think that I have read to many bad stories on steps...
