Well, I started using the lavender spray that I bought from Target (The Healing Garden) on Thursday for naps and bedtime. All was quiet on the homefront until last night when she woke up at 3:30 AM crying and saying she was hungry. We'll just consider that a blip, but all in all it seems to be working well. It has a pleasant smell and I even sprayed my own pillow with it and I slept very peacefully. It has lavender, chamomile and valerian (mild calming and sedating herb) in it. So, for now, I'm pretty pleased with the fact that it was $6, easily accessible and seems to help.
