| I can't imagine dealing with the shock of such an accident, with such costly injuries, on top of losing a baby. I'm sure your daughter is all that much more precious to you because of what you have been through. My daughter was a surprise to us all - my other kids were 10, 7, and 6, and my husband was scheduled for a vascetomy the week we found out I was pregnant. After the initial shock, we decided that this baby was meant to be, and I feel like she's a bonus, a precious gift.
You are obviously a very strong person, and I admire you for being such a great mom. Your daughter is very lucky to have you! How are you and your husband now, as far as injuries go? Do you both work? Pardon my asking, and don't answer if you don't want to! And please don't apologize for venting a little - it helps, and I'm a good listener! I do believe that these "character building" experiences make us stronger (I've had a couple) and more capable, and that God is always with us, lending his strength.
Next time I go into my pediatrician's office, I'll see if there are some Lipil coupons I can swipe - they're happy for me to take them! I'll jot down your email address.
