I am engaged and live with my boyfriend of 3 years. His son lives with us 3 days a week, every week on my boyfriends days off. My boyfriend and I have little quality time together and I resent his child for this. My boyfriend is legally bound to spend all his free time with his son, but also likes this arrangement. I feel like I am last on the priority list, always. I spend so much of my time doing things on my own, and wish bad things of my soon to be stepson, so that my boyfriend and I can spend time alone together. This arrangement will never change, please help me to cope and become a less selfish person. I can never leave, I love him too much. | |  | |
