Kari,
Thanks for the advice, you are right about the time it takes for change, it seems I usually only give something a few days. I also just noticed she has two molars on top that just came in, she's now up to 6 teeth!! But I have started nap time at 11:00 and that's the only nap she takes although I might want to move to 12:00 because she goes to bed at 8:00.
