I think one thing you may try when she throws up is to clean her up without any fanfare at all - no talking, cuddling, etc. Just be very matter-of-fact, clean up, put her right back to bed. You may even keep her in the crib, if possible, while you change everything. Also, definately continue the sleep training if you are dedicated to do it - nothing is worse than having her cry for an hour, having her puke, then having her learn nothing for it. If the training ends at the puking, she will only learn to puke to get you to come in. Try to be very consistent for at least a week, and hopefully you will see results! I see you posted a few weeks ago, so I hope it has gotten better!
