Sarah,

I just found out 9 days ago that I'm pregnant!!! With my 1st 2 pregnancies I never smoked. Quit the moment I found out. Why is it different this time? Is it because I'm 7 years older and I've been smoking alot longer at this point? I just don't know what to do. I feel so guilty everytime I have a cigarette. All I can think about is the baby. I need some help big time!! Any ideas?

Cora
