Yes I agree with your advise. Now that I'm going back to work I'll have to wake him up early. I will definately ask the sitter to put him down for a nap by noon. He is extremely active at her home so if I tell her to put him down for a nap earlier than perhaps he'll be tired by 8pm and hopefully he'll fall asleep by 9:00-9:30pm so that I can have time to study (since I am going to start school also).
The milk habit is he was waking up in the middle of the night and asking for milk. He hasn't done this for about a week now. I gave him water instead of milk twice at night so I think this made him realize it wasn't worth it.
I think and hope his late nights will soon be a thing of the past once I'm back at work.
