Wow 12 children. I to also give you sooo much credit. I am on my 3rd pregnancy ( I have a 6yr and 4yr old) I am so excited about it but some days worry how I will cope but after reading your message it gives me strength and I know I will be fine.
I know it must be hard worry if you will miscarry, ( i think everyone worries) but after what you have been through I can understand.
I think the most important thing is that you are healthy as it sounds like you have such a great family and you need to be there for them.
I hope all works out and good luck
