I am going through the exact same thing. I divorced my husband when my daughter who is now 4 was 2 after he had a sexual affair with a 16 year old (he was 38). He had very little to do with her other than paying his child support until last summer when he met a girl and moved her in. She is a nice lady and my daughter has had 3 overnights this year with them. I finally stopped them because in May she was terrified and said her Daddy was mean after she came home. We have slowly been getting her back with her dad but she is still having terrible seperation anxiety with me. She is back sleeping with me, having bad dreams, says her dad says I am going to leave her and cries if I walk out of the room. She is so fearful.

Additionally, he is now threatening to cut my child support if I don't take her to see her grandmother in Chicago. This grandmother pays his trust fund. He says they will cut him off if I don't take time off and take her. I have a very sick father who is facing open heart surgery and I cannot take time off of work. This grandmother never calls or writes to her, has no relationship with her, has a private jet but has only come to see her 2 times in 4 years. I don't think this shows that they want a relationship with her. By cutting her dad off they are making it impossible for him to keep paying his current child support. I think this shows they don't care about her at all...........I need advice!!!! HELP!!!
