AUTHOR: Colic Mother | | | We started out with Avent and have switched bottles to Playtex nursers. They seemed to have helped somewhat. What is really weird is that it seems everytime we give him full strength formula he ends up constipated within a couple of days. He has been chewing on his fingers a lot and slobering a lot and rubbing tongue on bottom gum like maybe he is cutting teeth, but I don't feel anything. I don't know...my first baby was so good and this one has me so confused and the doctors are no help. I have taken him to 2 different doctors and am about ready to try a third. I can't believe from reading this message boards that there are this many babies with these problems and no one can give the mothers an answer. Why should our babies suffer like this?
Thanks everyone for the advice...we were told by the last doctor that if we keep switching formulas, we will have things really messed up. I told him they already are and have been since he was 2 weeks old. | |  | |
