Only Wants Milk in a Bottle

I am the mother of two year old twins. I am trying to get them to give up their bottles. They absolutely refuse to take milk from any of the many different sippy cups we have. I have tried putting Ovaltine, at the suggestion of my pediatrician, I have tried putting it in their favorite sippy cup, but nothing works. My daughter takes either a sip or one look at the cup and throws it down and asks me for milk. I have told her the bottle went bye, bye. I have let her watch me poor milk into the sippy cup. Nothing seems to work. Does anyone have a suggestion. I really want the bottles to be history.
