 | My sister went through a similar incident with her son. But he was 7 and the other boys were 8, 9, and 11. The police to this day have done nothing, and the boys molested my nephew. Pinned him down and forced him into sexual acts. The laws are that until the child is the age of 12 unless they get a complete confession out of the accused there is nothing they can do. And the children that were 8 and 9 couldnt be held responsible at all because of thier young age. So 6 year old will not be held responsible in any way unfortunatly. I mean understandable, the child is to young to know what they are doing is wrong if they have learned it from another person, espically one they trust, then they think it to be normal behavior. I would keep my kids away from the others, best friend or not. And I would insist to my friend that she look into the matter and emphasize how this is NOT normal behavior. If the mom is any kind of mom she would be worried sick about what happened praying to God her children havent been molested by someone and she doesnt know about it. I think she also needs to put her children in counseling. Once they reach 12 and they do it they will be charged for it. (At least that is how it is in the state of Washington) |
