How would your son of known that the movie was a porno movie at such a young age? If a child see's an innocent movie they may think its something that it is not.
I would talk to the babysitter myself and ask him/her if they had played this because as I found out children do lie and Children do learn things on thier own. Children are great at making things up and seeing there makebelieve as the truth.
I dont think the police should of been called and I was told by the sexual health units and a mental health nurse NOT to take my two boys to a councellor as a counceller might make the child feel worse then they already do.
Your best bet is talking to him..telling him that what he did was NOT wrong but innapropriate for his age and go and buy a few books from a good book store. I found the clerks were very helpful with me and pointed me in the direction of some very good books.
**So I dont get flack Im not saying that in every situation to not listen to a child..but one has to look at the other side also...I cant see your son being 5 and knowing what a porno movie is...I have a sneaking suspiscion (?sp) that someone has put that in his head and now he believes he saw something that he really never...what he did is VERY normal and is NORMAL childhood curiousity!! If he was 12 and the other boy 8 or visa versa then Id be questioning things.**
