SUBJECT: seeing things
Our 2-year old has begun seeing things, usually at bedtime. These "visions" seem very vivid to her because she describes them quite well, and they keep her from going to sleep for quite a long time. She is never scared of these "visions", but they are a little disturbing to us. She has told us to "look at all those people at my table", talking about our kitchen table, and she, at times, sees a baby outside her bedroom window. She even moves her hands around in the air as if she is trying to touch them. This doesn't happen every night, but we are still a little concerned. Is this a common trait for this age, or should we be watchful for later development of some possible mental disorder or something?
