I was 17 when I found out I was pregnant. And I was just as scared as you!! When i told my mom she was VERY accepting and understanding. You will learn as a parent to have unconditional love for your child. My advice would be to tell her, she may not immediately get excited at the prospect of becoming a grandmother, but she will come around. You need all the love and strength you can get right now!!
