Please help, I am also having some of the same issues with my 2 1/2 year old. I sometimes wonder if I am speaking to her in a foreign language that she doesn't understand, She just outright ignores me. She has these horrible tantrums, where she will stand in the middle of the floor and SCREAM at the top of her lungs. My 2 1/2 year old has turned into a little monster, I sometimes dread picking her up from daycare, and going places, not fun at all. I spank when it is appropriate, but, I don't like to, there has to be another way. Please help.
