SUBJECT: Step Mom to be
I am getting married in four weeks along with a new husband I am getting two boys. The boys mother and I get along fine so that is not an issue. My concerns are how to make the boys feel the most comfortable in their new home. My Husband to be and I have discussed having a child ASAP. I would like helpful advice on how to make my stepsons feel comfortable with having a new baby sister/ brother as well as helpful advice on how to help them transition into a new home.
The boys have been living with there mother for the past two years, She has asked us to take them for a while so they will have there father figure. We agreed. Now I am not sure as to how to discipline them, how to make them feel comfortable with all that will be going on in our home, etc. I have no children.
