I actually did some research. It is not so much the movement but the risk of falling, I guess it would be pretty stupid of me to get up on beam and do a flight series or try a release on bars if there is a risk of falling. I wonder about tumbling though, I don't think I have ever fell on my stomach doing a tumbling pass. Either way I would not risk it. I am so paranoid as it is to do anything to hurt the baby. But as for not using stomach muscles, that pretty much would cut out gym all together, you can't even do a kip on bars, you need your stomach muscles. I was just wondering now about conditioning. We used to do a lot of rocks and stuff like that and I really want to keep my stomach muscles in shape, it will probably help with giving birth. I guess when I find out if I pregnant for sure, hopefull my dr. will know... thanks for your response
