pros and cons of preschool verses daycare/preschool

Hello,
I am a daycare provider and I am considering offering preschool in my program. I was just curious though if it was worth the licensing cost and paper work. As parents would you send your child to a licensed childcare facility that offered preschool activities or would you opt. to send them to a facility that was licensed as a preschool that offered daycare?
