Infant care cost

A family member has asked me if I would babysit her 3 month old. I accepted, but the schedule keeps changing and with each change keeps changing the amount she wants to pay. Also she expects me to mix the formula and wash the bottles. Since I don't have a daycare I am wondering what the avarage fee is for home care for an infant and is it acceptable to be expected to fix the formula and wash the bottles?
